I have the worst feet; they take forever to warm up. I always try to do ankle rotations, slow tendus and some releves before class starts, but since I am perpetually 5 minutes late everywhere I go, that doesn't always work out. As a result, many times my feet really hurt during plies.

I'll have to get there early and do some releves to stretch my feet, while using the bar for some added support. I totally didn't think about stretching the balls of my feet - I'm always working on my legs. That's a really good tip!
I'm going for my walk later tonight, so I'm hoping I can loosen my foot back up.
