Since I couldn't sleep I decided to cook down a chicken for soup. I only have to wait for it to cool enough to seperate the fat from the broth and I can finish it for tonight's dinner.
Now I get to go make fudge for my sister. Today is her b-day and we are going to Tehachapi tomorrow to celebrate.
I know when I finally crash it will be major.
