I just spent an hour on the phone and I swear I've talked to every single employee at Verizon who transferred me somewhere else, which of course was the wrong thing and they transferred me. Nobody told me where I was going and nobody could help me with what I thought was a simple issue.
I hate their system. Hate. Hate. Hate.
