I am remembering fondly one beautiful Saturday afternoon that the three of us sat and talked for hours about birds, and words, and ideas. You spun a yarn that made me happy and excited for you - and now when I spot a hummingbird or a sparrow (or basically, any winged creature) I think of you. (And I miss you!)
