The fact that July 17, 2005 is a blackout date for all Annual Passports except for Premium may deter some casual, not-so-diehard Disneyland fans from going on Disneyland's actual birthday.
Disney is bound to make a lot of extra money that day at $30 per every non-Premium Annual Passport. So, I wonder if every ticket window will be open before 8 a.m. on July 17 to accommodate both regular-ticket guests and Annual Passholders buying blackout-day tickets?
