Actually, I can't write on this subject, as it hits ME too close to home. No, you won't get an elaboration.
Anything I'd write would end up with this exact sentiment:
"I give myself very good advice, but I very seldom follow it. When will I learn to do the things I should?"
Such is life, I suppose.
