We definitely won't have room for it on this trip. Also, it has to be used outside.

However.... we'll bring both griddle plates, since they're flat. I don't see why they couldn't be placed atop a gas burner, and I'm sure the stove in the cabin will be gas - it looks so in the photos. One is non-stick and one is cast iron, so plan accordingly.
