I don't mind Linux at all for a Netbook/appliance type machine, but the tiny storage on the smaller model is turning me off. On the other hand, I really don't need Yet Another XP Home product key (since I'd immediately wipe the larger model and put Ubuntu on it). What to do... what to do...

I wonder if the 4GB model can be upgraded, and if it's worth doing so or should I just blow off the Microsoft tax and get the 8GB model.

On the third hand, I have a four-year old Dell Inspiron 600m sitting around doing nothing. Maybe I'll just use that.
