Had my follow up physical exam this morning (including that "special" exam that guys over 40 get - the only non-happy part of this) and my doctor was very impressed with my results.
- Total Cholesterol was good: HDL (Good Cholesterol) was high (good) and LDL (Low Cholesterol) was low (good)
- Blood pressure was normal
- No signs of diabetes (a worry of mine along with the Cholesterol)
- PSA numbers were good
- HIV and Hep-C free
He said it is normal to find a weird out of limit result that is irrelevant, but I didn't even have one of those.
I am fit as a fiddle! (But painfully out of shape - my diagnosis, not my doctor's)
Also got a sample pack of Blue Pills
