Ok, so we have Drunken Irish Day and Drunken Mexican Day. Too bad Simchas Torah hasn't caught on as Drunken Jew Day. It's in the fall so it's got room to carve out a niche.
All the other ingredients in the melting pot need their own days. Then we could drink all year long.
Or maybe we should just drink anyway. Who needs drinking games?
