My neighbor gifted me with a box of TAZO Calm, which I just tried.
The ingredients are: chamomile, hibiscus flowers, spearmint, lemon grass, rose petals, blackberry leaves, safflowers, peppermint, sarsaparilla, lemon balm, licorice root.
Mostly it tasted like chamomile -- GD, you'd
love it.
My neighbor doesn't drink tea, and someone gave it to her. It was nice of her to think of me and pass the box along. I won't go out of my way to buy it in the future. I think it smells better than it tastes. I couldn't detect the licorice root at all, good thing. No likey.
