I used to make a version of that with hamburger and a little something else on it - thousand island dressing perhaps? .. we called it big mac pie.
Funny how you make recipes and then suddenly don't make them anymore... then all of a sudden you remember you know how to make that too. I get in a rut with cooking the same old things over and over again.
