Wow, sounds great! Except for getting stopped by the police, of course. Getting checked like that happends at the Mexican/American border, so I know what that's like. We also have the "Click-it or Ticket" slogan to try to get us to use our seat belts, as it's a law here now also.
Frites Sauce sounds interesting. Is it a dip used on french fries (I'm thinking of Pomm Frites)?
