Well blame the voters in Fauquier and Prince William counties in VA, Moonie for no DL in the DC area. The votes happened before I lived there, but I think a Disney park would have been infinitely better than the McMansions that happened when all the people who voted Disney down then sold off their land to developers.

Fascinating, found this article, that would be kind of cool, but I still think unlikely
