I'm making a rice salad based on the recipe for 
Spicy Wehani with Cashews.  After the rice, onion, garlic, and spices are cooked per their directions, I add some chopped green pepper for crunch and some raisins for sweet.  Serve at room temp.  It's mahhhvelous.
