Ahhh, yeah I suppose that's one option. You could also vist the wayback machine for
quakeprediction.com and see that the site has been predicting things like "
#4 Day Forecast; 5.8 to 5.9 earthquake in the Los Angeles area. " for years, that quote is from March 14th 2007.
But don't let me rain on your parade, I'm sure your plan will work out also...
