It was delicious, soft and succulent. The body was only as crunchy as the panko coating it, and the legs were crispy, but again in a french fry crispy way, not a prawn shell type of way.
I've fallen in love with the fish markets all over again. They've added so much since I last saw them. There's now greengrocers, bread shops, kitchen gadget shops, wine shops... it reminds me of the Ferry Terminal markets in SFO, but more intimate.
