Tonight's dinner was a lovely Harris Ranch tri-tip, marinated for a couple hours, then hit with a spice rub, seared on the grill for a few minutes, then cooked over indirect heat till it was juicy and tender and perfect.

With buttered, grilled corn on the side Sadly, my stepmom does not have chili powder in her spice rack, so I had to make due with seasoned salt. Awwww, poor me.
