Tonight's dinner was a lovely Harris Ranch tri-tip, marinated for a couple hours, then hit with a spice rub, seared on the grill for a few minutes, then cooked over indirect heat till it was juicy and tender and perfect.

Sadly, my stepmom does not have chili powder in her spice rack, so I had to make due with seasoned salt. Awwww, poor me.
