Really, 102 and above. Unless, it's persisted for longer than a day, then regardless of how high it is, you'll need to see a doc.
In case it hasn't lasted longer than a day, be sure to take meds to reduce the fever, or try breaking it via some hot lemonade with a teaspoon of ginger. (It tastes like ass, but it will make you sleep like a baby and wake in a giant pool of sweat, fever-free.)
