One other thought: before you INstalled, were you able to Uninstall the previous versions. I am not as savvy on the PC, but there should be a relatively painless way to uninstall before re-installing. It sounds like there us a corrupted file associated with iTunes that is remaining after all teh re-installs..

Tried it. In fact went through and deleted the original .dll files and NADA. Somethings corrupted all right! I know it's not me. Hahah!!
