So easy...and so good.
2 cups Macaroni Noodles
1 lb Sharp Cheese (I prefer Tillamook)
1 can Evaporated Milk
Cook noodles.....layer with cheese...pour the milk over.
Bake at 350 deg for 40 min, then broil to brown the top.
The best darn M&C ever!
