Your best bet at this point is to contact AOL, give them the link, and let them know your account's been compromised.

There's probably nothing on your computer. Did you log in when you clicked the link? If so, your log in info was captured, so the scammers then were able to log in and change your security info/start sending messages. The good news is you probably don't have a virus. The bad news is someone's accessed your account. Contact AOL and have it closed.
