In Moonie's honor, I will rename my Old Bay chips as the "Bitter East Coaster" variety.
I went a little too crazy on the Garlic ones though - they nearly put hair on MY chest.
I think the key to the chips was the mandoline. It allowed for perfectly even wafer thin slices.
However, the downside to all this, is that our place still smells like oil. I feel like I'm living in McD's. Bleh!
