Seriously... do we have a tentative release date?
It's some schlemiel who made old creaky movies.

Tentative before Xmas is what I have. I've got the ISBN # and I hope by the end of October I will have it pretty well finalized, except the editor reviewing the text. Then will come the sticker shock of the price. Since, after seeing the sample, I've decided to scrap the PB edition and just do a HB (the HB is only a few bucks more than the PB). At approximately 200 pages, it will retail for close to $60. I do not expect to sell too many at this price in this economy. But, this is the limitation of self-publishing. I won't earn any $$ for this effort, really, but I'm not doing it for $$.

It's not a done deal, but, I've been invited to do a book signing at a certain venerable bookstore (Larry Edmunds) on Hollywood Blvd. I'll let you know if this does, in fact, happen.
