Okay, here's the basics of it:
3 tbsp butter + 3 tbsp flour for a roux, remove from heat, then slowly stir in a can of chicken broth (approx 2 c.), bring to boil on medium heat for 1 minute, add ham & veggies, rosemary, couple dashes of hot sauce, then top with rolled biscuit dough (1.5 c Bisquick + 3 T butter, cut in butter till it looks like breadcrumbs, then add 1/2 c milk + shredded cheddar) and bake at 400 for 25 minutes

I used about a bowlful (2 cups?) of chopped cooked ham

The "veggies" was a bag of frozen "stew vegetables" from the supermarket, which I cooked ahead of time. Also, I cut up the potatoes into small pieces, and in retrospect I should have done the same to the carrots.

Oh, and it was VERY tasty
