Sorry for those of you who see me on Twitter and/or Facebook, but I'm too happy and must, must share!
A fellow dance student noticed my weight loss today.
It means a LOT, since I'm doing this at an average of 1-1.5 pounds per week, so I don't tend to see it as well. But, she did.
Oh, and my new smaller jeans fit even after a couple pre-washings and dryer cycles!
And, I'm physically feeling fantastic. I still have a few minor aches and pains that creep up now and then, but overall, my foot and back pain are almost nil.
