| OMG, made great tacos sort of impromptu tonight.  
 Amounts are approximate, but about 3/4-1 lb of ground beef, browned, add in 1/4 (finely chopped) medium onion.  Generous amount of chili powder, some pepper and salt.  When onions are starting to look cooked, pour in 1 small can of tomato sauce (the little half-can looking ones).  Couple dashes of Tapatio (hot sauce) near the end.
 
 Assembled taco was meat, shredded cheddar, sour cream, green onion and shredded lettuce on flour tortilla.  Heaven!
