Phoenix has a museum of firefighting. I liked it. The desert botanic gardens, too. Gorgeous.
The zoo made me about want to strangle some stupid woman who let her kids feed the prairie dogs and reach out to try and touch them. Other people had simple stupidity, which apparently that day I had little tolerance for. I should avoid zoos... I like the animals and the habitats, but the people make me homicidal.
