Conversion of Audio from WMA to MP3 or WAV?

A friend just sent me some audio I want to use for an upcoming podcast. He sent me a Windows WMA file. I'm not sure if I can convert this to an MP3 or WAV file so I can fiddle with the settings and extract the portions I want to use.

Anyone more tech savvy than me have a suggestion?

For the record, I have some freeware I use, Goldwave for WAV file fixing and I use Audacity for my audio editor and creator for the final podcast files.
