| After several false starts, I finally made progress on constructing the closet storage system yesterday. It was fist delayed when I realized I would have to start by constructing some templates and jigs. Further delayed by the sudden increased time commitment at work. And finally nearly scrapped as I discovered that I simply do not possess the equipment or expertise to build with the precision necessary for my original design.
However, I went back to the drawing board, simplified the design and finally got a procedure down to ensure precise enough cuts for the new design, and in a few short hours yesterday turned out a couple satisfactorily completed components. From here on out, it should be a lot of lather-rinse-repeat and I once again have confidence in my odds of completion (though I think I'm going to scale back slightly - drawers are feeling like a daunting task).
