Unfortunately, yes. Besides baby food, I've also heard that they'll use melted candy bars smeared on diapers, and that you have to identify the candy by examining it closely.
That's usually why I avoid them, but this one, I wouldn't miss for the world. Besides, the hosts have class, and wouldn't even think of doing the typical tacky stuff.
