Okay, I know opening day is still 109 days away, but
as GD said last year, "...following off season moves is half the fun."
The Dodgers didn't do much during the Winter meetings, except most notably sending Pierre to the White Sox for a couple of minor league pitchers. If indeed one of the pitchers is John Ely, he looks to be a strong candidate to maybe shore up the struggling starting rotation.
I just worry about how serious things can be with the McCourts doing their battles in the courts. I am afraid that money is going to be too locked up while those two do battle over control of the Dodgers.
In other news, at least the Nationals don't have a losing record yet!
