Mine died a few weeks ago, due to internal injuries from the previous owner's "smacking" it whenever it wouldn't print. (A friend of my dad's who is a big idiot - one of those who would often forget to turn it on before trying to print.

I have a new one of the same model being delivered this week. I want to stick with this model, because I can refill the cartridges myself and save a load on ink. The manufacturer doesn't approve of refilling, but I have a "resetter" for the cartridge chips, making them brand spanking new with each refill.
