Second, the phone/airline issue. Hmm. I wonder if they are like my job at the Bull's Eye. Understaffed. Maybe they stuck someone in there who normally sweeps the floor while the other person took their lunch/15 minute break?

I am always being sent to operator {or rather, I was} but I started to say 'Ya know, I am not an operator.' They used to have cheat sheets which helped but for some reason they took them away. Dumb as they are always trying to stick random people there.
