I found it about par with other tests in difficulty. But I have zero test anxiety (not bragging but emphasizing my lack of anxiety, I don't recommend this but when I took it I signed up, forgot about until the day before, stayed out partying, got up at 4am to drive 100 miles to the test site then spent all doing the test and did fine). The subject matter is more advanced than the SAT but the difficulty of the test within competency on those subjects is about the same I'd say.

Get a book, take a few sample tests and see where you are in subject knowledge. For most people I'd guess the return to geometry is probably the hard part to pick up cold. Study hard those areas you're weak in and do enough samples to be comfortable with the format and structures of the questions but I wouldn't spend too much time doing samples over and over and over. I've never really seen that kind of focus help someone with their test anxiety.
