It's been awhile since I posted an update.
I'm still walking my days away, well part of them at least. I have stopped keeping track of my mileage. I found it was causing me to feel like I had to walk and as a result making me resentful of it.
So now I just walk when I feel like it, which is pretty much every day.
One slight change of late, I read an article about how shoes are bad for your feet so I've started walking at least a mile each day in just my socks. So far I'd say the results are positive with my feet feeling better at night. General foot pain has been the bane of my life since well before I started this project.
Weight wise, I'm trending in the right direction. I drop a bit, plateau a bit, gain a bit but overall I'm down over 25lbs which is a third of the way for me.
I'm still waiting for the first person to notice/comment on my weight loss.
