Should that be WTF was in that catnip, not WFT? Or am I missing something there. Besides that, it's very funny! I'm sure the circumstance that caused the man to have to save these animals was not funny, but I've had dreams that seemed just as crazy as that photo taken out of context.

Betty, is it going to sleep, waking early and not able to go back to sleep, or just staying asleep that is the problem? I use to have the hardest time getting to sleep. Then I started using Natural Calm Magnesium Citrate anti stress drink. I make a cup of herbal tea (usually Red Tea aka Roobios Tea) with NO CAFFIEN, and then add some Natural Calm. Within a few minutes of drinking it I feel very relaxed and ready to fall asleep. It's not a drug that makes you feel drowsy when you wake up, and not full of scary herbs or amino acids that have side effects.

Now, if I can keep from waking up after only 4-6 hours of sleep, unable to go back to sleep, it would be nice....
