OK, really I have no idea what they have planned but I would think we need:
coolers
ice
food
wood
food
wood
ice
coolers
chairs
blankets (to sit on and for the food)
umbrellas
sunblock
some sort of camping table (for the food)
trash bags
stuff to hold down the blankets and trash bags
marshmellow sticks
pop up camping tarp
lighters
PUDDIN POPS!
