I'll try it next time I time out. Normally that's how I read the new posts: search for new posts, click the "first new post in thread" button, read, hit backspace, and on to the next thread. When it times out it lists the threads, but I don't get the "first new post in thread" button. Normally I am careful not to let it time out but I read the big thread first which was a mistake and I should have known it.
