I wonder if anyone's gotten addicted to methadone without first having been addicted to heroin.
ETA: Well, I suppose there are people who have been prescribed methadone for its other, non-heroin related uses as a pain killer, that have. I guess a better phrasing is, I wonder if anyone's been addicted to methadone recreationally without having been introduced to it as a treatment for something.
