Animal Contol also mentioned that Homeowner's Insurance has to be notified ahead of time of a Pit or Rot on property to be covered. We'll have to wait and see on that of course.
No police report since no law was actually broken, the Pit did start out on a leash, obviously one not strong enough to hold the dog, but still within the law.
