OMG! That commercial is the most blatant example of
false advertising I've seen in a very long time! "Hold on, breathe deep, find the end of the universe, no barriers." Yeah, right.
The commercial shows asteroids exploding, debris and asteroid fields, volcanic mountains, rockets flying through smoke and gas, and a giant spaceship in the stars.
I loved the re-opened ride with its slight enhancements, as would most Disneyland fanatics, but that commercial is setting up Disneyland and poor Cast Members for an onslaught of complaints from Joe Public, or at the minimum will create major disappointment from guests.
