I don't think KR was hysterical or particularly witty. If it was a bit of performance art, I forgave the hamhandedness of it for his being a frail old coot, but that goal could have been pulled off much more successfully by a wittier fellow. Stick to films, Ken.
Actually, my favorite part about Ken's "performance" was the guy who talked with us in the lobby afterwards - and was a little worried because he'd booked Russell for several weeks worth of Q&A's at festivals in 3 cities - and was experiencing a terrific bout of buyer's remorse.
