| I was about 80% successful in recreating a famed Pizza Cookery antipasto salad.  I lack whatever black magic technology creates the architecturally sound stacks of meat and cheese, as well as the perfect little mozzarella turds.  But the flavors and meat:cheese:salad ratio was spot on.  I'm most pleased.  And craving some greasy pizza.
