Weird. I can see the forums. In short what they say is Wicked Lasers will not ship NON COMPLAINT lasers to the US. The Arctic is compliant. So it can be shipped.

Also of note from reading the forum on their site, no one has one yet. It looks like it hit their site around June 6th and there is still no confirmation of one being shipped.
