I had that Lego pirate ship twenty years ago, and proudly kept it on my coffee table for a couple of years. One day, my then six-year-old nephew picked it up and pretended to fly it around the room a la Peter Pan (adorable) then crashed it to the ground. (not adorable) I gathered all the bricks and put them in a box, but by then, I had lost the bricking instructions that had come with the ship - I gave the box away several years after that to someone who thought they could figure out how to re-crate it. I don't think that ever happened. It is an amazingly lovely Lego ship. But, these days, I'm very tempted by the Lego Falling water.

I'm so sad Bonita Tower is gone, and so glad it went out in such style!
