This weekend we did pork loin.  I made my half kaulua pork and he did some apple juice marinade.  We shredded them both up and Yummm! | 
	
 
Well, you'd think your butcher could, like, um, maybe, place an order for pork belly when they get the porky parts from their supplier?  Just sayin, nobody does a special order any more?
All that smokey goodness you are talking about is making my mouth water!
