Always use the strap on your camera. You will not mean to drop it.
Take your cell phone off your body before using the bathroom. I can't tell you how many of our employees have accidently dropped theirs into the toilet!
When camping, if you sleep without pants on you'll be able to move around in your sleeping bag a whole lot easier.
