Tracking someone to their ISP

Long story short, evil blogger has lost a lawsuit to a friend of mine. He's trying to clean up all the little loose ends before nailing evil blogger. He can and will nail Evil Blogger on various blogs (hosted by Google and GoDaddy).
Since Evil Blogger continues to defame, in view of the court order, he wants to also nail Evil Blogger by alerting Evil Blogger's ISP.

Evil Blogger regularly hides ISP address when surfing about (using a service like HidemyIP).

Any way to track back and find out the real ISP for Evil Blogger? I'm sure a hacker could do this in about 2 minutes. That's not me, obviously.
