The parade route started just the other side of Alcoa plaza, I walked over to the Safeway for cat food before the parade. On the way back on ground level I was at the right spot at the right time, just before Edgar Renteria got on the mock cable car, he was shaking hands. So I got about 2 seconds of his time. kinda fun. I think I caught his attention as I was the only person on the street not in orange and black.
